Who cut the cheese?

Howdy!!!  So I wanted to kid of dedicate the week to the art of cheese and entertaining... fairly simple you'd think, but actually there is an art to it.  Just like we touched on pairing cheeses with food, today there's a great blog about which cheese to eat first?  You'd never have thought there was a method to the madness but there is.

Not all cheeses are alike. Not all are made the same way or with the same fact content, and not all come from cow's milk. We have Goat, Sheep and Buffalo milk cheeses like Annabella Creamery buffalo mozzarella to chose from so with all that min mind the general rule is to go from milder to stronger or bolder falvours, just like you would do with a flight of wines at a tasting....

Max McCalman wrote a really great blog on the process that I think is one of the easiest to understand and follow.  Believe it or not these little pointers will help you get the most out of your next tasting, or sharing with others at your gathering will not only make you the 'expert' but give your guests that added bonus of enjoying every nuance from your cheese plate.
