Great cheese ideas for the holidays

Fall (technically we're still in it) is  a time for entertaining.  No easier way to make your quaint gathering a huge hit than with the right "bites" and nothing pleases the palate more than a cheese plate.  Simple, easy and always a huge hit.  Putting the right cheeses or look together though can sometimes be a challenge.  I found this great blog/link with simple tips on what to do and display.  I'll be sharing some more later in the week.
